How can I apply my e2save discount code?

1. Copy a discount code from Couponlike.co.uk and follow our link to the e2save website.
2. Here you can start shopping and add the products you want to your bag.
3. Once you are done, you can checkout.
4. You will then be taken to the shopping bag page where you can paste your code.
5. Add your e2save offer/coupon/discount code in the box marked 'Coupon Code' and click 'Apply'.
6. You can then 'Checkout' and continue the checkout process.

Why I have not received any emails regarding my delivery frok e2save?

Don't worry. Maybe you entered your email address incorrectly! Just log in to my account to check if your details are correct. All the information sent to you via email can also be found in your account, so any problems, from card details to address changes, can be dealt with immediately.

Can I change my delivery address at e2save?

Sorry, but once processed, this cannot be changed. If you are not going to be at home, you can request delivery to your place of work when you place your order.

Can I modify/change my e2save order?

If your order has not been processed, simply call them on 01509 610 888 (calls are charged at the standard local rate and mobile rates vary). You don't need to worry about the charges for high value calls, they are charged at the national rate. If the order has already been shipped, you still have 14 days to wait if the handset remains unused. Simply visit the Returns and Exchanges section for more information.

Which e2save product I can not return?

There are certain items that you cannot return for a refund. These are as follows: Top-Ups Bluetooth headsets/ Bluetooth headsets (for hygiene reasons) Car kits (once installed) Also, if you're looking for an exchange, please note that iPhones can only be exchanged for other iPhones as they operate on unique tariffs. Similarly, you cannot swap a smartphone for an iPhone.

I sent my request at e2save but haven't received a reply? Why did that happen?

E2save need up to 14 days to process your request. If you would like an update on the status of your claim, simply visit my account for further updates.

How much time do I have to claim at e2save?

There is a 60-day claim period for each installment, which starts from the date of your bill. However, you are advised to send your bill as soon as you receive it.
