What happened to my personalised accessories?

As monogrammed/personalised accessories are transported from a different distribution centre than Antler's luggage, they are delivered in a separate box and may not arrive on the same day. This is stated on the product order page. Personalised items will be delivered within 3-5 days in the UK and 5-10 days in the EU. Delivery is by Royal Mail.

Where are Antler suitcases made?

Antler suitcases are proudly made in the UK, where the company's headquarters are located. Antler's designs embody British style.

What happened to the shoulder strap on my Chelsea Overnight or Weekender bag?

The Chelsea Overnight Bag and Chelsea Weekender by Antler come with a detachable shoulder strap. You may not notice the strap as it is usually folded up and hidden in one of the zipped pockets on the bag. Please check all bags before contacting Antler if you suspect a bag is missing.

What is the difference between polycarbonate and polypropylene for hard cases?

The highest quality suitcase materials include polycarbonate and polypropylene. Polypropylene is a less flexible but lighter substitute for polycarbonate. Polycarbonate is more flexible than polypropylene, making it more resistant to bumps and hard knocks. Polycarbonate also outperforms acrylic in durability tests and is naturally scratch resistant. Antler's best-selling case, the Clifton, is made of polycarbonate, while the Lincoln and Portobello cases are made of polypropylene.
