When you place an order, the delivery time is always stated on the product page, and although each product is slightly different, a good rule of thumb is that it takes between 3 and 8 weeks. The company cannot be held liable if customers provide incorrect contact details and this causes delays in the delivery of items. No returns fees are ever charged as you have the option to return an item within the 7 day period if you change your mind. The only exception to this is orders over £250, which will have a £35 collection fee deducted due to their bulky nature.

If an item is faulty, your money will be refunded and a courier will be organised to collect the damaged item within 30 days. During the warranty period, a replacement product will be obtained by the furniture manufacturer depending on the manufacturer's warranty. If you change your mind after receiving the order but the item is not damaged, contact the supplier within seven working days and they will arrange for a courier to collect the item and refund you.

What if I change my mind?

They know better than anyone that shopping online can be a nerve-wracking experience, especially when dealing with a company you don't know. They are a recognised and secure online furniture shop based in the UK, and their company and entire management team are registered in the UK. If you buy something and find it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 days by email or phone. The item must be returned in its original condition and a collection fee will be charged; once the item has been collected from the warehouse, a refund will be issued. Some items require you to sign a waiver agreeing to thoroughly inspect the product upon arrival and confirm that you are satisfied with the product. If you sign a waiver, you cannot return the item if you later change your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights and all items are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been delivered, you will receive a full refund within 3 to 5 working days of the cancellation date.
