All Melijoe deliveries to the United States are handled by DHL. All taxes and fees are included in the $19 delivery fee.

Return and exchange policy at Melijoe

Melijoe accepts returns up to 28 days after delivery. To return an item, go to "My Orders and Returns" in your Melijoe account, select the order you wish to return and indicate the reason(s) for returning the item(s). Print both copies of the return form and sign it. To print a return label, click on "Download return label".

Pack the returned item(s) securely. Preferably in the original Melijoe packaging. The item(s) must be new, unused and in its original packaging. One copy of the return form should be placed in the box, the other should be given to the postman. Take your package to a DHL location or use the booking form in the "My orders and returns" section to arrange a pick-up service.

The refund will take the form of a credit to your Melijoe account or to your original method of payment.
