When do I get paid for my Gousto box?

Gousto takes payment for an order when it goes into processing at 12 noon, three days before the delivery day. This is also the deadline to process, skip or cancel an order. The only exception is your first box, for which payment is made at the time of ordering.

When is the Gousto service available?

Gousto delivers seven days a week (very convenient). You can choose a delivery day that works with your life. Delivery is free and your prescription box will arrive between 8am and 7pm. In some areas, you can also choose morning (before noon) or evening (6pm-10pm) delivery for a small fee. Unfortunately, smaller delivery windows are not currently offered as to reduce the carbon footprint of the recipe boxes, external couriers are used who already deliver to your area.

Can I edit or cancel my Gousto order?

You can edit or cancel an order up until noon, 3 days before the delivery day. To edit an order, log into your Gousto account and select the "Deliveries" tab at the top of the page; this will list your upcoming boxes. On an upcoming order, click "Edit Box" to add or delete recipes, or "Cancel Order" to cancel your box. Please note: You can edit or cancel an order up until 12 noon. 3 days before your chosen delivery date, processing of your order will begin, so you will not be able to make any changes or cancellations after this time.

Can I use a credit or voucher code for Fine Dine-In recipes?

If you already have credit on your Gousto account, you can use it towards the Fine Dine-In recipes surcharge. However, a discount through a voucher code will not affect the surcharge for these recipes.

I have received a damaged item in my Gousto order. What should I do?

If something in your box is damaged, go to the "My Gousto" page in your account and select "Help with this box" for your last order. There you can select the problem and they will find the best way to fix it. Gousto takes the quality of its ingredients very seriously, so thank you for letting them know about any problems. Gousto's stock manager takes care of any problems that arise so they don't happen again.
