If you live in the UK, you can return your purchases free of charge using Royal Mail. Simply write the goods you wish to return on your returns slip and enclose it in the parcel. Simply stick the pre-printed Royal Mail label on the outside of your resealed parcel and send it back with Royal Mail. Take the parcel to a Post Office branch and get a proof of post (receipt) which includes tracking information. The Post Office cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen returns if a receipt has not been received or is missing. Therefore, please keep it safe until your return is processed. You must return any unwanted products within 28 days of receiving your order. If you are an overseas customer, you can return your items but you will have to pay the cost of return postage.
