• • Your returned order must be received at the designer's warehouse within 14 days of receipt. After this period, there is no guarantee that the boutique will accept the order for refund.
• • To ensure that your product arrives at the Boutique within 14 days, we recommend that you request a return within 7 days of receipt of the product. If you have any questions about this, please contact the JewelStreet Concierge.
• • Please note that designers will only accept returns from the same country as your order. If you return an item from a country other than where it was delivered, additional import duties may apply.
• • Your original payment method will be refunded to you after your return has been received by the boutique and meets the return policy. Shipping costs are not included in the refund.
• • Customers are strongly advised to carefully inspect their purchases upon delivery before removing any attached security tags or disposing of the original packaging.
