Fonehouse offers a 30-day exchange, active from the date of receipt. If your phone is faulty within 30 days, you will be asked to return the phone for inspection and testing. Once the defect of the mobile phone has been confirmed, it can be exchanged for a device of the same brand and model. All returned phones must be in resalable condition with the original packaging and all accessories. Personal data must also be removed prior to return.

What is the cancellation policy at Fonehouse?

Units can be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are not happy with your choice. Please call Customer Service to obtain an authorisation code before returning the unit. The unit must be returned in a resalable condition and with all packaging contents intact. Please note that you will be charged for usage during this time. If you have taken out a contract without equipment, you have 14 days from the date of your contract. If you wish to cancel your contract after the 14-day cooling-off period, you must give 30 days' notice. This can be done by calling the networks' customer service teams.
