If I change my mind can I cancel my order?

If you have changed your mind and wish to return an item (except for items made to the customer's specifications), you can do so under the Distance Selling Regulations if you notify us within 14 working days of receiving the item. Please note that the item must not have been used and must be in its original packaging. You have 28 calendar days from the date you notify DSR that you wish to return the products at your own expense.
