If you cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellations between 20 and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount of your stay.
• Cancellations between 7 and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount of your stay.
• Cancellations 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total amount of your stay.

When will my Ski France payment be deducted from my bank account?

If you book online, the amount you have paid will be debited within the next 24 hours of the payment transaction. Subsequent payments will be made automatically unless you have agreed otherwise and you have been notified in writing of the due dates specified when you first made your booking.

Can I claim cancellation insurance at Ski France?

Ski France offers a cancellation guarantee. Thanks to this option, in the event of cancellation of your booking, all payments already made will be refunded to you, with the exception of an administrative fee of €35. This insurance cover only works under the conditions listed in the General Terms and Conditions. Taking out the insurance costs 4% of the total amount of your booking + €32 fee.

What do I have to pay on arrival at Ski France?

If you rent a villa, chalet, flat or cottage, you will need to pay a deposit on arrival. (260€ for cottages and flats and 750-1000€ for chalets and villas). The deposit will be refunded to you 15 days after your stay ends. You will also have to pay a compulsory tourist tax set by the local council (between €0.20-1.50 per day per person).
