When you book your holiday you will need to pay a deposit (£50 per flat in self-catering parks, £20 per adult and £10 per child in Pakefield and £20 per adult in Sand Bay). The balance must be paid in full eight weeks (56 days) before arrival.

Is it possible to get a refund from Pontins if I have to cancel my holiday?

A non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations. You can receive a refund of the balance if you cancel more than 56 days before your stay. If you cancel within the 56-day period, the balance will be deducted from your account and will not be refunded.
