Opodo does not charge a booking fee unless you are modifying a holiday that does not fall under the "free rebooking" category.

How to request a refund at Opodo?

Most refunds (except in the case of low cost airlines who aim to process this type of refund within 10 days, however, there may be a slight additional delay until the credit appears in yes) can be processed by them without reporting to the airline, provided that the rules and conditions of the ticket fare are strictly followed. If the refund must be referred to the airline, for example in the event of a strike, schedule change, bankruptcy, illness or death, they will need to send your request to the airline for approval. Can an invoice be changed at Opodo?

Due to tax regulations, the details of your invoice cannot be changed once it has been issued. Changes would result in cancellation of your booking, with cancellation costs and the risk of re-booking at a higher price. If you require proof of your purchase, you should use the confirmation email, which contains full details of all items purchased and the price paid.

How can I cancel both the flight and the hotel at Opodo?

If you are unable to travel as your booking consists of both a flight and a hotel, both services must be cancelled.

  All hotel bookings can be cancelled, but not all can be refunded. You may be able to cancel your hotel reservation for free, depending on the type of room you booked. In other cases, the hotel may charge you a penalty for cancellation, which can range from the price of one night's stay to the full amount of your stay.
