How can I change or cancel my order?
Your chosen delivery service will dispatch all items within 24 hours (all orders placed on Fridays, weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched within 24 hours of the next working day). If you need to cancel or change your order, please call the Healthspan call centre immediately on 0800 73 123 77 (open 9am to 6pm, seven days a week). They cannot promise that your order can always be cancelled or changed before it is dispatched.
What happens if I want to cancel my order after it has already been shipped?
If you have placed an order in error and Healthspan is unable to prevent it from being shipped, Healthspan will be happy to arrange a free return and refund of the unwanted item(s).
How do I update my contact information?
You can change your contact information after you have registered. Click on "Welcome - My Account" at the top of the website: This will take you to your account page where you can change your name and email address by clicking on "My Name and Email Address". Click on "My Address Book" if you wish to update your billing and delivery address.
